The dispute was settled in the National Lok Adalat dated 09.09.2023. The settlement terms were accepted below Exhibit-X. As per settlement/award, the amount of compensation has been deposited. Hence, the applicants are entitled to receive the amount of compensation as per the award. Hence, the following order :-
