Keeping in view the earlier statement made in paragraph 1 of the order dated 12.01.2024 in Writ Petition No.12791/2023 (Vikram Devidas Khose vs. The State of Maharashtra and others), the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that in this petition, page Nos.21 and 30 are revised valuation charts and details of such revised valuations. 2.

In view of the communication "X" dated 12.01.2024 placed on record in Writ Petition No.12791/2023, the learned AGP submits that steps would be taken in view of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, for acquisition and

In view of the above, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed off with a direction to the Authorities to follow the procedure strictly as is provided under the 2013 Act.

We record the above statements. Needless to state, the interest to which the Petitioner may be statutorily entitled to, shall be paid to him. The acquiring body shall forward the proposal to the District Collector for land acquisition within 30 days.
