This application is filed by claimants whose land is acquired, seeking withdrawal of amount of Rs.18,34,964/- deposited by respondents/appellants.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount on furnishing undertaking and 50% amount on furnishing security, to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, along with the interest accrued thereon.
