By this application, the applicant seeks restoration of writ petition which stood dismissed on account of non-removal of office objections as per order of this Court dated 25.08.2023. There is a delay of 52 days in moving this application for restoration. 3.
For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed thereby restoring the writ petition, subject to the office objections being removed within two weeks
