In both the prayer clauses B (alternatives) in the Writ Petition, the Petitioners pray that the recruitment process for the Cluster Heads be completed as per the Government Resolution dated 10.06.2014 and the amended Zilla Parishad (Recruitment) Rules, 2014. In the Civil Application, the Petitioners pray that the Respondents be directed to complete the recruitment process of Cluster Head as per the Government

It is apparent that both the prayers are identical. The Writ Petition is pending admission.

In view of the above, this Civil Application need not be entertained and is disposed off.
