This Court, on 9th March 2015 in Writ Petition No.2645 of 2015 filed by the present petitioner had directed Sub Divisional Officer to entertain the application of the petitioner and issue the caste certificate in the prescribed proforma on verifying the attested/authenticated photostat copy of the earlier caste certificate. Learned Counsel submits that the petitioner has filed application along with authenticated tribe certificate, however, the same is not being issued by the Sub Divisional Officer and is interesting for the fresh proposal.

The Sub Divisional Officer, Aurangabad shall consider that the certificate was already issued by him to the petitioner, however, it was a mistake on his part in issuing the tribe certificate in writing wrong nomenclature. The application is filed by the petitioner. On

W.P.405/2018 verifying the authenticated copy/original tribe certificate, the Sub Divisional Officer has to issue the fresh tribe certificate. 4.

The petitioner shall surrender the authenticated copy of the tribe certificate received to him in the wrong nomenclature and the Sub Divisional Officer shall verify the authenticated copy and shall issue the fresh tribe certificate to the petitioner with correct nomenclature within a period of four weeks.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
