The Applicant is the Petitioner before us who has sought a declaration for recommending him for selection in view of his score of 108 marks in the general merit list of the TAIT from the horizontal reservation. By this Civil Application, the persons he desires to add, are candidates who have been selected and if the Petitioner's Petition is allowed, the rights of these two candidates is likely to be affected.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed. Leave to add Non-Applicant Nos. 5 and 6 as Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 in the Writ Petition, within one week.
