The Petitioner submits that all his paternal relatives have indulged in encroachment. There are several underhand dealings. He prays that the encroachment should be immediately removed. He is filing applications before the Authorities contending that if the encroachment is not removed, he would indulge in self annihilation.

The learned AGP submits that the Petitioner has lodged his complaint and the same is being looked into under Section 50 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. After following the due procedure, appropriate orders would be passed.

*2* 20wp178o24 The aggrieved party can thereafter, carry the matter to the appropriate Authority in the light of Schedule-E to Section 247 of the MLR Code.

In view of the above and considering that there are several disputed issues, inasmuch as none of the purported encroachers have been arrayed as the Respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed off. The Petitioner is at liberty to point out illegal encroachments to the appropriate Authorities, who would follow the due procedure laid down in law and pass appropriate orders.
