DATE : 09.01.2020 P.C. :- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appointment of the petitioner is approved by the Education Officer. The proposal is submitted to the Education Officer for including the name of the petitioner in Shalarth Pranali on 15/3/2019. The learned counsel further submits that the Education Officer has forwarded the said proposal further to the Deputy Director of Education. However, decision is not taken on it as yet. 2] If the proposal is forwarded by the Education Officer to the Deputy Director of Education for incorporating the name of the petitioner in Shalarth Pranali then the Deputy Director of Education shall take decision upon the said proposal within 2 months.

3] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
