PER COURT :- The respondent No.3 Municipal Corporation has presented an affidavit in reply, wherein, it has been stated that the encroachment occurring over the street and foot path from road of Gurudwara Gate No.1 leading to Gurudwara Lunger Sahib has been removed. A compliance report dated 6.2.2018 is placed on record at page No.36 of the affidavit in reply.

In view of the action taken by respondent No.3 Municipal Corporation, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant Public Interest Litigation has been redressed. The Public Interest Litigation is thus disposed of.
