The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had filed application for widow's pension under the Widow's Pension Scheme on 01.07.2019. Reminder was also given on 06.08.2019. As per the policy, the application has to be decided within 30 days.

In case the application is filed by the petitioner (Page No. 12), and if the same is pending with respondent no. 3, and if respondent no. 3 is competent to decide it, then respondent no. 3 shall decide it expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
