When this court expressed its disinclination to allow the bail application, the learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. He further submits that trial be expedited. Leave is granted as prayed for. 3.

Considering the peculiar facts of the case, it would be proper to direct the trial court to hear the case as

Needless to mention that 'Sessions' means, once it is started, it shall not be stopped unless and until it is concluded. 5.

The criminal application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
