By this petition, the petitioner is challenging the judgment and order dated 17/01/2019, passed in Criminal Revision No.49/2018 as well as the order dated 23/03/2018 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.14/2017 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Beed.

This petition is filed in the year 2019. Since then it is not circulated and listed before this Court and today it has come before the Court for the first time. The matter before the learned Trial Court might have proceeded further.

Today also, Advocate for the petitioner is absent. It appears that the petitioner is not vigilant and alert and therefore, this Court cannot come to his aid.

Therefore, this petition is dismissed.
