This is an application filed by Shri Rahul Gupta, Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Dharashiv and Smt.Sudha Maruti Salunkhe, Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Dharashiv. Both are present in the Court. 2.
It is frankly stated that the said authorities are aware
*2* 968ca15429o23 of this proceeding since the copy of the petition was served on the Zilla Parishad. It is pointed out on an affidavit that the case papers and the Vakilpatra were transmitted to the learned Advocate representing them. However, the concerned Zilla Parishad posted these papers through ordinary post. The learned Advocate for the said Authorities submits that she did not receive the said papers and she had no idea that she has been appointed in this matter.

The reasons set out in the application, though appear to be acceptable, no statement is made as to whether, any action has been initiated against the concerned errent Clerk. 4.
In view of the above, the order issuing bailable warrants dated 29.11.2023 stands recalled. This Civil Application is, therefore, disposed off.
(b) Writ Petition No. 127/2023:- 5.
Let an affidavit in reply be filed on or before 15.01.2024.
