This application is for withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by respondent no. 1 Insurance Company. In sister Appeal No. 2134/2015, already permission is granted to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by Insurance Company. Therefore, though the learned counsel for Insurance Company objected for withdrawal of the amount, it is not desirable to reject the application for withdrawal.

ca8492.18 Therefore, permission is granted to withdraw Rs.61,857/- (Rupees Sixty One Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Seven Only) deposited by respondent No. 1 Insurance Company in First Appeal No. 2136/2015 along with interest.

With the consent of the parties, fix the matter for final hearing.
