By this application filed under section 407 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, applicants seek transfer of Special Case (MPID) No. 143/2023, pending on the file of learned Special Judge (MPID), Ahmednagar to the Court of learned Special Judge (MPID), Jalgaon, before whom 77 criminal cases lodged against applicants in respect of Bhaichand Hirachand Raisoni Multi State Credit Co-operative Society Ltd., are pending. 2.

Learned Division Bench at Principal Seat in Writ Petition No. 2784/2018 filed by applicants has transferred 77 criminal cases in respect of Bhaichand Hirachand Raisoni Multi State Credit Co-operative Society Ltd., pending at various Courts Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 27-APPLN-4609-2023 throughout the State of Maharashtra to Special MPID Court at Jalgaon.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor fairly concedes that the present matter is covered by the order dated 2nd May, 2019, passed by learned Division Bench at Principal Seat in Writ Petition No. 2784/2018.

In that view of the matter, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'II'.

Special Case (MPID) No. 143/2023, pending on the file of learned Special Judge (MPID), Ahmednagar is hereby transferred to the Court of learned Special Judge (MPID), Jalgaon.
