Heard learned Counsel for applicant.

Respondent Nos.3A to 3C despite service remained absent. The application is for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent No. 3 - Ashok Mahadu Patil (Salunkhe) on record, who admittedly died on 25.07.2015, by condoning the delay of 2980 days. There is no oppose to the application. 3.

However, considering the delay the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause A and B, subject to deposit Pooja K.

918 CA 1696-2024 of cost of Rs.1,000/- to be paid to the Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad.

The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. 5.

Necessary amendment be carried out within stipulated period.

List the Civil Revision Application No. 139 of 2023 on 23rd August, 2024.
