The proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner is rejected. The petitioner seeks directions to absorb him in other Institution of the same Management.

The question of absorption would arise only if the service of the petitioner is approved. The petitioner may either challenge the order rejecting the proposal seeking approval to his appointment or may take steps in the pending Writ Petition filed by the Management challenging the order refusing approval to the proposal of petitioner' s appointment.

With these observations the Writ Petition is disposed of. All contentions are kept open.
