Writ Petition is filed by Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Shikshan Prasarak and Apang Seva Mandal. The petition was filed through its President Bharat Sambhajirao Sarwade, who died on 13.02.2020. By this application the prayer is made to replace by applicant No.1(i) and 1(ii), who assumed the position of President and the Secretary of the Trust. Consequently, there is no impediment in allowing the application.

Hence, civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
