The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the proposals have been sent for condonation of break in service with the Education Officer. The same is pending with him since May, 2019. The same is not forwarded to the respondent No. 3.

The learned Government Pleader waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and submits that in case the same is pending with the Education Officer, the Education Officer shall take appropriate steps.

In case the proposals are pending with respondent No. 4 for condonation of break in service of the petitioners, then respondent No. 4 - Education Officer shall take steps to forward it to the competent authority, preferably within a period of four months. 4.

On receipt of the same, the competent authority shall take decision upon it as permissible in law, preferably within a period of four months thereafter.
