The Petitioner has prayed for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to transfer him inter district as per his preference under the category of couple convenience.

The learned Advocate candidly submits that a mistake was committed by the Petitioner in the transfer application pertaining to his caste and, therefore, the application was turned down. The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that the mistake was glaring as the Petitioner mentioned his caste as NT-D instead of VJ-A. If he files a khs/Jan.2024/274

- 2 - fresh application in the transfer process that would commence in future, keeping in view that the earlier transfer process has been completed in August 2023, such application would be considered. 3.
