The only request put forth by the Petitioner is found in prayer clause (b), which reads as under:- "b) By passing appropriate writ, order or direction to direct the Sub Divisional Officer Vaijapur to correct gut no.20 in instead of gut no.16 in letter dated 7/1/2012 passed Sub Divisional Officer Vaijapur address to Tahsildar, Vaijapur regularize encroachment of the petitioner to the extent of 2 acre 20 guntha land in Gut No.20 situated at village Panwi Khandala, Tq. Vaijapur Dist. Aurangabad." 2.

According to the Petitioner, his encroachment has already been regularized. However, instead of Gat No.20, wrong Gat No.16 is allotted in the letter dated 07.01.2012 issued by the

*2* 42wp774o24 Sub Divisional Officer, Vaijapur, addressed to the Tahasildar. The Petitioner's representations are pending. The last representation is dated 25.05.2023.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to the Sub Divisional Officer to consider the contentions of the Petitioner set out in the representation and verify from the records as regards the authenticity of the statements made and then pass an appropriate order on the representation, within 60 days from today.
