This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 154 days in preferring a review application.

We have heard both the sides.

The learned advocate for the applicants submits that the delay has occasioned bona fide. The applicants are the original petitioners. They were not to gain anything by using the remedy of resorting to review. Considering the nature of the dispute and the reasons assigned in the application, the delay be condoned.

The learned A.G.P. and the learned advocate for respondent no. 5 oppose the application.

Respondent no. 6 has not appeared in spite of service of notice. 6.
