Pursuant to our order dated 24/08/2021, Shri. Dominic Simon Rosario, the Principal of respondent No.4 - Saint Teresa Boys High School, Haregaon, is present in this Court and identified by Shri. Natu, learned Advocate.

In the presence of Shri. Natu, Shri. Kakade, learned Advocate for the petitioner has handed over one original Service Book, one duplicate Service Book, three proposals, one each for the Pay Unit; the Accountant General and one for the School, and 24 colour photographs of the petitioner, to the said Principal. The

199.20wp (2) Principal acknowledges the receipt of these documents and submits that they are in order.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction that respondent No.4 shall forward the pension papers of the petitioner to the appropriate authority, on or before 30/09/2021. We expect the competent authority at Nagpur to clear the pension papers of the petitioner and ensure that the regular pension commences from 01/12/2021. Arrears of pension be calculated and be paid to the petitioner, on or before 31/12/2021.
