DATE : 03.12.2020 P.C. :- Heard. The petitioner has filed this Application for restoration of the Writ Petition which stands dismissed in default for not submitting the copies of the paper book to be served to the respondents, by virtue of operation of the conditional order dated 3/12/2019.

2] The learned advocate for the applicant submits that pursuant to the directions of this Court the petitioner has already deposited the amount of Rs.11,000/- in the trial Court and it is only inadvertently that the copies remained to be supplied. He undertakes to supply copies within 1 week. 3] For the reasons mentioned in the application, it is allowed. The Writ Petition is restored to the original file. Petitioner shall supply the copies within a week failing which the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed automatically.

5] Interim relief to continue for a period of 1 week and if the copies are supplied till the returnable date.
