Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The applicant seeks bail in C.R.No.348 of 2021 registered with Police Station Waluj, Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Many witnesses have been examined in the matter. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the trial was not conducted day to day. Hence, the applicant may be granted bail. 4.

The offence registered against the applicant is serious. It is also not the case that the prosecution has protracted the trial. In such a case, the trial Court needs to be directed to conclude the trial within certain period. Hence, bail application stands dismissed.

However, the learned Trial Court should conclude the trial within two months from today, subject to cooperation of the accused.
