DATE : MARCH 04, 2020 PER COURT :- By way of present application, the applicants pray for impleading them as petitioners in Contempt Petition No.102 of 2017.

Mr.Dixit, learned Counsel, submits that this application is filed after three years of the Contempt Petition being filed in this Court. He submits that the applicants are original petitioners in Writ Petition No.11816 of 2015 along with present respondent no.1.

2-CA.1142-2020 On an assurance given by the respondent/Institute, the applicants awaited for a considerable period. He submits that when the applicants realised that in spite of a long waiting, no fruitful outcome is available to them and they are left with no choice, after availing legal assistance, they are approaching this Court by way of present application. Mr.Dixit further submits that the grievance of the applicants is identical with the grievance raised in the Contempt Petition i.e. non compliance of the order of this Court. The applicants are also sufferers of non-responsive approach of the respondents. He submits that the application may be allowed.

Considering the submissions of Mr.Dixit and as there is no dispute that the applicants were petitioners in Writ Petition No.11816 of 2015 and the copies of representations are also placed on record in support of submissions of the applicants, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A), subject to the applicants providing requisite copies

2-CA.1142-2020 of the application and order passed by this Court to all the respondents within one week from today. The applicants to obtain endorsement of the respondents on the copy of the application and to place on record the such copies along with endorsement of the respondents.
