Heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, the learned A.G.P. and the learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.2 and 3.

We have perused the Government Resolution dated 02/05/2021, more specifically Clause 2 (A to E). It is apparent that the Petition has been filed to question the recommendation. The recommendation is to be considered by the Gramsabha after giving opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner. By following the principles of natural justice, the Gramsabha would be taking a

391.24wp (2) decision as is permissible in law. Thereafter, if the Petitioner is aggrieved, he can resort to a remedy, as is prescribed in law. 3.
