The learned advocate for respondent no.2 informs that, the respondent - wife and applicant - husband have preferred an application for dissolution of marriage by decree of divorce in terms of section 13(1)(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act. The copy of the said application is placed on record.

The learned advocate for the respondent - wife informs to have no objection to allow this application in view of the settlement between the parties.

In view of the same, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "10E".
