Learned counsel for both sides makes statement that these petitions be disposed of in terms of order passed in Writ Petition No. 10635 of 2024.

In view of this, petitions stand disposed of in the similar terms. 3.
Petitions are disposed of by following order :- i) Petitions are partly allowed.
ii) The finding recorded by the Principal District Judg with regard to the subject matter of the application being commercial dispute is maintained.
iii) However, the application is relegated back to the Principal District Judge for passing appropriate order in view of the observations made in the said judgment.
iv) Parties are directed to appear before the Principal District Judge on 22.04.2025.
v) No fresh notice to be issued to the parties. (R. M. JOSHI, J.) bsj
