The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner would approach the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal at Aurangabad, tomorrow itself. He also submits that he would be filing an application for urgent orders considering that the physical possession of the mortgaged property will be taken over by the Bank. 2.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. 3.

We request the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal that if the Petitioner files an interim application along-with his proceedings, the same may be considered with urgency.
