The grievance of the Petitioner is that, an Appeal filed by the Petitioner under Section 152 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, is pending hearing and final decision, since the last around 25 months.

The only prayer of the Petitioner is that Respondent No.1/Hon'ble Minister, Forestry Cultural Activities and Fisheries Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai should decide it's aforesaid Appeal. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the

232.24wp (2) Petitioner would appear before Respondent No.1 on 23/01/2024 at 11.00 a.m. in Mantralaya.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, with a direction to Respondent No.1 to issue notices returnable on 15/02/2024, to all the stakeholders with regard to the proceeding initiated by the Petitioner.
