Leave to correct the name of petitioner as 'Ratnabai' instead of 'Radhabai,' which has been inadvertently mentioned in the title clause of the writ petition.

Other side has not fled any say nor resisted the civil application, seriously. Petitioner sole died on 2.11.2018 as per the death certifcate annexed to the application, however, due to one or other diffculty, L.Rs. could not approach to this Court.
