DATE : 21st August, 2021 P.C.:- Learned counsel Shri Kazi for the petitioner states that the petitioner (original plaintiff) had challenged the order of rejection of application for temporary injunction. He further submits that ends of justice will meet if the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit within the specified period. In this view of the matter, the following order is passed:

ORDER

I) The Trial Court is directed to dispose of the RCS No.72/2018 within a period of one year.

II) If the parties do not cooperate for disposal of the suit, after one year the trial Court may dispose of the suit in regular Course. II) Writ Petition is disposed of.
