The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that he would make a fresh application to respondent No.5/Society seeking compassionate appointment. He would state his present economic status and request the said respondent to consider his case sympathetically. 3.

In the light of the above, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition.

If the petitioner makes an application as stated above within a period of 1 month from today, respondent No.5 may consider his case as the Management may deem fit and appropriate.
