Mr. Bhavthankar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that entries are not recorded in the revenue record by the authority though application has been given.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, in such case grievance can be made before the committee constituted under the Circular dated 13.02.2015. 3.

In light of that, the petitioner may approach the committee constituted under circular dated 13.02.2015. In case the petitioner approaches the committee, the committee shall deal with the said application expeditiously.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
