The Petitioner has put-forth prayer clause-B as under: "B.

By a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the like nature, the Respondent No. 3- Education Officer, (S) Jalgaon, may please be directed to forthwith decide the proposal dated 22.03.2019 to grant approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak w.e.f. 03.07.2018 to 02.07.2021 and thereafter, as Assistant Teacher w.e.f. 03.07.2021 in regular pay scale and release salary of the petitioner within a stipulated period by including his name in the Shalarth System through the Respondent No. 2 - Deputy Director of Education, Nashik within a stipulated period."

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.3 to deal with the said proposal and render a decision by following the due procedure laid down in law, within a period of 60 days from today, if not yet decided.
