(b) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other writ of like nature or any direction directing the Respondents to refrain from harassing the petitioner and also directions may be given to inquire about the offences registered against the petitioner and also the actions taken by respondents so far against the petitioner. c) Any other suitable relief in favour of the petitioners may kindly be granted and oblige."

2) It is being submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that after this Court had granted bail to the petitioner in an appeal against conviction inter alia directing him not to enter into Jalgaon Taluka, he is being falsely implicated in some cases or the other and he is being harassed. 3) In our considered view, sustainability or otherwise of the individual crimes registered against the applicant can only be gone into in a substantive proceeding; may be for quashment of the crime or may have to 1/2

However, there cannot be a blanket ban preventing the police machinery from taking any action against him. 4) We dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to resort to the appropriate remedies as are available to him in law.
