This application is taken out by the petitioners for recalling the order dated 13.12.2019, whereby the writ petition is dismissed as against Respondent No.1 for failure to take steps to serve the said Respondent.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that now the correct address of said respondent is received and that the petitioners shall serve Respondent No.1 within four weeks. For the reasons stated in the application, the order of dismissal dated 13.12.2019 as against Respondent No.1 is

The petitioners shall correct the cause title of the petition within three days. The Registry shall issue fresh notice to Respondent No.1 on the corrected address, which notice is made returnable on 07.02.2020.

In addition, the petitioners may serve Respondent No.1 by any legally recognized mode of service. Civil Application is disposed of.
