The learned advocate for the applicant prays for suspension of sentence and grant of bail. Learned advocate for respondent No.1 submitted that at least 50% of the amount of compensation shall be deposited by the applicant. 2.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the execution of sentence awarded to the applicant is suspended on depositing an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lac) towards compensation. On condition precedent of deposit of amount of Rs.1,00,000/-, the applicant shall be released on execution P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety of the like amount. The bail shall be submitted to the learned Sessions Court, Ahmednagar.
