The Writ Petition No. 15182 of 2019 is disposed of under order dated 17th December, 2019 directing the State Government to take decision upon the proposal given by the Deputy Director of Education (Primary).

The learned counsel for applicants submits that, now the State Government has issued letter directing the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad Beed to take decision upon the said proposal.

Mrs. Chate, the learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad submits that, the Chief Executive Officer would take decision
