Having briefly heard the learned Counsel for the applicants, it is submitted, on instructions, that the applicants desire to withdraw this application so as to move the Trial Court for discharge, keeping in view that the charge-sheet has been filed on 3rd October, 2019.

In view of the above, this application is disposed off, as withdrawn. In the event, the applicants move an application for discharge, the Trial Court would be at liberty to consider the same on it's own merits.
