Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.P.P. and learned counsel for respondent No.2. The applicant is praying for cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.2. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that the investigation is completed and the charge sheet has been filed against respondent No.2. The offences registered against respondent No.2 are under Sections 354, 354(A)(1)(i) r.w. 34 of I.P.C. and under Sections 8 and 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. It is alleged that the respondent No.2 had outraged the modesty of the victim.

Considering the allegations against respondent No.2, his

acb248.23 -2custodial interrogation is not required. Moreover, the charge sheet has been filed against him. Considering this fact, the application is disposed of as nothing survives of further consideration in this application.
