The only request of the Petitioner is that, his representation dated 12/10/2023 should be decided at the hands of Municipal Council and /or the District Collector 2.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Let Respondent No.5/Municipal Council, Pathardi, respond to the representation of the Petitioner, and convey it's decision to him within a period of 90 days. The Petitioner shall serve a copy of this order on the Municipal Council.

We make it clear that, we have not expressed any view as regards the contents of the representation. If it is beyond the jurisdiction of the Municipal Council, it would guide the Petitioner for approaching an appropriate forum for the redressal of his grievance.
