Heard learned counsel for the parties. The present applications are moved by the original claimants, for withdrawal of the amount under the award, deposited in this Court as per order of this Court dated 25/6/2019. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent/ acquiring body submits that, the Land Acquisition Officer has awarded compensation @ 1200/- per R i.e. Rs.48,000/- per acre. However, the learned Reference Court enhanced to Rs.1,50,000/- per acre.

Perused the impugned award.

Read the application. Considered the submissions made. In the facts and circumstances, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount under the award i.e. the amount deposited in this Court on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 4.

Accordingly, the Civil Applications stand disposed of in above terms.
