Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the following order is passed;

ORDER

i) The application is partly allowed.

ii) The applicants are allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited with this Court with accrued interest. Out of it, 50% amount be released on furnishing undertaking that they would deposit the amount, if the impugned judgment and award is reversed, and 25% amount be released on furnishing surety/security.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the surname of the claimant is written incorrectly in the reference petition. The respondent/claimant may approach the reference court for getting it corrected and then make submission.
