Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

In identical matters, this Court (Coram : Sandipkumar C. More, J.) permitted the applicants/claimants to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount of compensation alongwith the proportionate interest accrued thereon till date on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

Hence, the order;

26-CA-697,698-22-w.odt (i) The applications are allowed.

(ii) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount of compensation alongwith the proportionate interest accrued thereon till date on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

(iii) Remaining amount be invested in the fixed deposit in any nationalized bank on yearly renewal basis till final disposal of this appeal.
