Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for respondent No.1/appellant.

The injury claim of the applicant was allowed. He prays to allow him to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by respondent No.1/appellant.

Considering the grounds of objection in the appeal, the following order is passed;

i) The application is partly allowed.

ii) The applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount with proportionate accrued interest, on furnishing an undertaking that he will deposit the amount, if the impugned judgment and award is reversed.
