ORDER :- 1.

The petitioner has impugned the order/communication dated 23.11.2023 issued by the District Collector, Oamanabad. In pursuance of said communication, now the offence is registered against the petitioner vide FIR no. 522 of 2023 for offences punishable under sections 171-G, 177 and 181 of IPC.. As such, the order impugned is already implemented.

In that view of the matter, petition can be disposed of with liberty in favour of the petitioner to take up appropriate remedy, as is permissible in law.

Writ petition is disposed of.
