The learned Advocate submits today that considering the first impugned order being dated 04/06/2015 and the second impugned order being passed on 08/05/2019, a period of 5 years have lapsed and the petitioner desires to apply for a Firearm's license, afresh. He, therefore, desires to withdraw this petition. 3.
